Internship “Clinical Practice-Intensive Course"

This internship contains 30 hours of classes, within 2 months, once a week.

The internship is suitable for students from the master's programs in Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, Clinical and Social Work, and other specialties in the field of mental health, medical professionals, social workers, practicing psychologists, and psychotherapists.

Includes:

1. Introductory lecture
2. Opportunity to observe and consult patients in the clinics of UMBAL “Lozenets”
3. Bedside consultation of patient 
4. Consultation before and after operations and interventions
5. Possibility for monitoring of bedridden patients
6. Possibility for group discussions of patients

Patients' consultations are carried out in small groups of 2-3 people.

The groups consist of a maximum of 8-10 people. When the capacity is filled, those who wish will be directed to the next possible date. Each intern receives a certificate issued by the educational department at the University Hospital "Lozenets". A minimum of 80% attendance is required for the document to be issued.
